TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PLAY
AGREEMENT TO TERMS

PAYMENT TERMS
All payments made by you will be deducted from your available balance on the Platform in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse certain payment methods at our discretion.
RIGHT TO MODIFY OR REMOVE GAMES AND SERVICES
We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to remove, modify, substitute, suspend, or discontinue any game, service, feature, promotion, tournament, bonus offer (including cash bonuses and free spins), or other aspect of the Platform at our discretion.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNTS
We may cancel your account without prior notice if: we reasonably believe that your account is being used in a way contrary to these Terms; your account remains dormant for an extended period (as determined by us); we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are not eligible to access or play on the Platform.
IPR AND DATA PRIVACY
All intellectual property rights and ownership of all content, graphics, software, databases, and trademarks displayed within the Platform remain with their respective owners (including us). You acknowledge that we collect personal data for purposes associated with providing gaming services, conducting prize fulfillment activities, enforcing our Terms, and meeting regulatory requirements. By registering on the Platform or playing games, you agree to comply with all applicable laws concerning data protection.
LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL WE (INCLUDING OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES), BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT IN EXCESS OF THE LESSER AMOUNT OF CA$135 OR SUCH OTHER MAXIMUM LIMIT AS MAY BE SPECIFIED BY LAW.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration as contemplated under applicable law.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify, change, replace, suspend, cancel or discontinue all or any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice or liability.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, wagering on, or participating in any activities through the Platform (including tournaments), you acknowledge that you have carefully read and understood these Terms as set out above.
YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS EXPRESSLY SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY ACCESSING THE PLATFORM YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY GAME, SERVICE OR ACTIVITY ON THE PLATFORM.
